Jump Festa is the popular annual festival for Anime and Manga enthusiasts sponsored by Shueisha. The various Jump anthologies creators come to introduce new movies, manga, games, and merchandise in this event. The annual event takes place in Japan which is joined by a large audience.
In 2020’s Jump Festa, one of our favorites, the backbone of the One Piece series, Oda sensei, showed up with a new message in this event. Here, we will discuss Oda’s statement in the Jump Festa 2020, on the upcoming One Series chapters. The translation was done by Caveat on Reddit. The message given by him was on the Wano Kuni arc, and it will on its climax in no time.
The message by Oda sensei was written in December 2019. It starts with the greeting of the One Piece series’ 20th Anniversary. The center point of the message was the Wano Kuni arc. According to the message, the battle in the Wano is finally moving towards its peak. It means at the end of 2020, we will get the outcome of the battle. But based on the theories, the ending of the Wano Kuni arc will be the beginning of the greatest war in anime history. But before the dawn, fans are waiting for the upcoming battle between Luffy and Kaido. No one knows the conclusion of this combat. We only know that in the end, the great suspense will be waiting for us.
Oda sensei has also mentioned another essential knowledge in his message that the Straw Hats Pirates will face reality in the future. As justified by him, the reality is the sacrifices, and it must be made for the things that one believes in. It demonstrates that the Straw Hats Pirates will go through some difficult situations in the future. This event will change Luffy from the core. We can predict that Oda sensei is plotting the same condition as Ace’s death.
He has also written the names of some important characters connected to the Straw Hats. The characters are Princess Vivi, Boa Hancock, and Sabo. If we combine all the strings, we can conclude that someone may die among three of them in front of the Straw Hats pirates. During Ace’s death, only Luffy was there. But this time, the whole pirate crew will be present, and no one will save him/her.
Our Prediction-
Anything is possible; these are just predictions. But the chances of Vivi’s in capture is the greatest. We know that the Alabasta Kingdom is one of the 20 allied nations. In the past, the King of Alabasta chose his kingdom rather than living in Mariejois. Also, they have knowledge of the Ancient Kingdom and the Void Century. In the Alabasta arc, we have learned about the Poneglyph for the first time. Therefore, there is a possibility that Vivi may somehow connect to the knowledge of the Void Century. If that’s true, then she will be on the list of the World Government.
The introduction of Imu sama displayed the Wanted Poster of Vivi, Poseidon, Luffy, and Blackbeard. The World Government will take the necessary actions to erase the history of one of them from the One Piece world. Hence, we conclude that Princess Vivi is the one who will unveil the reality to the Straw Hats pirates.
