After much anticipation, IU finally dropped her brand-new music video, which features V from BTS and has garnered love and attention from fans. It is a pre-release single, Love Wins All, released on January 24th, 2024, at midnight KST.
Fans immediately began formulating hypotheses to interpret the music as soon as it was released. Love Wins All is a 5-minute music video exhibiting a dystopian world where the two are running away from the cubic-shaped object that seems to threaten them while hiding in an isolated, torn-out building.
They try to hide and find a camcorder, but there is not a single sign of humans there. Upon using it, they managed to experience some happy and unforgettable moments. But then the cube appears, ending their lives most miserably.

Not just the song, but even the music video feels magnificent and full of emotions. It also provided us with one in a million reasons to appreciate Kim Taehyung’s (stage name V) potential for acting.
Love Wins All, directed by Um Tae Hwa, is nothing but a beautiful, memorable, and tragic love story. Taehyung is not the first member of BTS to work with IU; Suga has previously collaborated with South Korea’s finest artists.
