Good Adventure Anime on Netflix

1) Naruto

Naruto revolves around the titular protagonist Naruto Uzumaki, an orphan hated by everyone in his village due to being the vessel of the nine-tailed demon fox.

He aspires to become the Hokage, the most important person in the village. But too bad he isn’t good at anything, neither studies nor ninjutsu. Naruto, however, won’t give up until he achieves his dream.

2) Seven Deadly Sins

When the Holy Knights rebel against the monarchy of Liones kingdom, the third princess Elizabeth sets out on a journey to find the infamous Seven Deadly Sins, a group of the seven most powerful people in the kingdom.

On her journey, she meets Meliodas and learns that he’s the leader. Now Meliodas and Elizabeth must find the rest of the group and stop the nefarious conspiracy going against the kingdom.

3) KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World!

KonoSuba starts with Kazuma Satou, a guy who dies an embarrassing death and is given the chance to be transported to a fantasy world. Accompanying him is Aqua, the goddess who mocked him.

On his journey to becoming a strong hero and defeating the demon king, Kazuma gains two more companions, Megumin and Darkness, each one worse than the other.

4) Spirited Away

Spirited Away is a masterpiece by Studio Ghibli and Hayao Miyazaki, and the only anime movie to win an Oscar. It stands to reason that it will be a pretty good adventure anime to accomplish that.

The movie follows Chihiro, a young girl on a road trip with her parents. After a mysterious, magical event, Chihiro’s parents turn into pigs, and she is sent to work at an inn where all kinds of supernatural creatures dwell.

Now known as Sen, Chihiro must find a way to get back and save her parents.

5) Sword Art Online

The story is about an advanced virtual reality game, Sword Art Online, that promises to give gamers a completely immersive experience.

However, after logging in, players learn that they can’t get out of the game without completing its progressively difficult levels. Not only that, death in the game will result in the death of the player in the real world.

Kazuto Kirigaya aka Kirito was part of the beta program of the game and now must use all his skills to get out.

Good Adventure Anime on Funimation

1) One Piece

One Piece is not only a very good adventure anime but also one of the best in the business. It follows Monkey D. Luffy, a young man with rubber powers who aspires to become the King of Pirates and find the legendary treasure One Piece.

Joining him on this adventure is his crew of ragtag people, the Straw Hat Pirates, all with their own brand of wackiness.

2) Fairy Tail

In the kingdom of Fiore, Fairy Tail is a mage guild that is both famous and infamous for its powerful but havoc-wreaking mages. Lucy Heartfilia has always wanted to join the guild.

When she meets the famous Salamander aka Natsu Dragneel, her wish finally comes true. Joining the guild of her dreams, Lucy sets out on various adventures with Natsu and her guildmates.

3) Dr. Stone

On an unassuming day, the whole animal world is petrified after a sudden flash of light. Three thousand years later, teenage scientist Senku Ishigami uses his wit to thaw himself out.

After coming out of the stone state, he realizes that without humans, Earth has gone back to the stone age. With his scientific knowledge, Senku vows to modernize the world again.

4) Gurren Lagann

After living all his life in an underground village, a timid Simon finds a strange object. After showing it to his friend and mentor Kamina, it turns out to be the ignition key of an ancient weapon, Lagann.

When there is an attack from the surface, Simon, Kamina, and another villager, Yoko Littner uses the Lagann to fend off the attack.

5) Log Horizon

When thirty-thousand unassuming gamers are suddenly teleported into the virtual world of Elder Tale, a famous MMORPG, they are shocked to find themselves unable to log out.

A college student and veteran gamer Shiroe, however, looks forward to knowing this world. He is joined by his friend Naotsugu and an assassin who claims Shiroe to be her master, Akatsuki.

Good Adventure Anime on Hulu

1) Dragon Ball Super

Seven years have passed since the events of Dragon Ball Z. Goku and the rest of the Z fighters are living their lives in peace until a new threat appears.

The God of Destruction Beerus has come to Earth with his attendant Whis, looking for the “Super Saiyan God” who is prophesied to defeat him. 

2) Trigun Stampede

Trigun Stampede is the newest adaptation of the intergalactic adventure manga Trigun. It centers around Vash the Stampede, a notorious terrorist who is actually falsely accused of the crimes committed by his twin brother Knives Millions.

But when bounty hunters come looking for Vash and pose a threat to his village and its power plant, Vash must stand his ground.

3) Bleach

After his mother’s death, Ichigo Kurosaki has always wanted to protect his loved ones. One night he gets a visit from Rukia Kuchiki, a young woman in black kimono who introduces herself as a Shinigami.

When a creature known as Hollow suddenly attacks Ichigo’s house and has Rukia terribly wounded, the Shinigami transfers her powers to Ichigo, giving him the power to protect his family.

4) Naruto Shippuden

Two and a half years after Sasuke deserted the village and Naruto left to train with Jiraiya, the blond ninja is back in Konoha, stronger than before.

Partnering with Sakura and a new teammate, Sai, Naruto is hell-bent on bringing Sasuke back. However, there’s also the dangerous Akatsuki who has a terrible plan in the making. 

5) Boruto: Naruto Next Generation

As the title implies, Boruto: Naruto Next Generation follows Boruto Uzumaki, the eldest child of Naruto and Hinata. A complete opposite of his father, Boruto is smart and popular, but it soon becomes apparent that he’s inherited more than looks from Naruto. The anime has too many fillers and uninteresting arcs. But, the core story is great, and it’s a pretty good adventure anime.

Good Adventure Anime on Crunchyroll

1) Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

After a failed human transmutation, Edward and Alphonse Elric lost their bodies. Now determined to get their bodies back, Edward became a State Alchemist, and the brothers’ journey through the country to find a way.

But there’s darkness and conspiracy brewing in the heart of the government of Amestris. When these two intersect, the brothers find themselves tangled in something bigger than themselves.

2) That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime

When a middle-aged man dies, he’s reincarnated as a slime in a fantasy world. Though the rank of slime is lame and unseemly, he soon finds the advantage of having such a body.

After freeing and befriending a dragon, he is named Rimuru. That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime is a famous isekai and a very good adventure anime.

3) Hunter x Hunter

Gon Freecss has lived his whole life on Whale Island and never knew his parents. When he learns his father is a famous Hunter, he sets out to become one himself.

During the Hunter Exams, he meets Killua, Kurapika, and Leorio, making strong bonds. As they become Hunters, we go along with Gon and Killua on several adventures, looking for the elusive Ging Freecss.

4) Made in Abyss

In the middle of the world, there is an endless Abyss whose origin and nature are unknown to everyone. Divers of varying ranks journey into the Abyss to find out more, but most of it is still a mystery.

Riko is the lowest-ranking diver whose mother has gone missing in the Abyss. After finding an amnesiac robot, Reg, the duo set out into the depths of the Abyss.

5) Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders

The third series in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure franchise, Stardust Crusaders follows Jotaro Kujo, the grandson of Joseph Joestar. After finding a strange power within himself, Jotaro is confused and afraid.

But when his mother collapses due to an old curse, Jotaro, and his team must venture into the sandy dunes of Egypt, looking for the man responsible: Dio Brando.
