Kuma arrives on Foosha Village

According to the brief spoilers shared by ScotchInformer on X (previously known as Twitter), the title of One Piece Chapter 1101 is “Dear Bonney.” The narration of the entire chapter is excerpts of Kuma’s letters to Bonney.

  • The flashback continues in this chapter. Kuma has arrived at Foosha Village in East Blue. He sees Luffy practicing his Devil Fruit attack. Kuma also remembers Dragon disappearing multiple times when the Revolutionary Army was in the Goa Kingdom.
  • He asks Dragon about the boy, to which the leader of the Revolutionary Army says that if Kuma wants to kill him, he can go ahead. Confused, Kuma asks him why he says so. Dragon replies, “A parent’s child is their weakness.” Kuma concludes that Luffy is Dragon’s son.
  • Throughout his journeys, Kuma keeps writing letters to Bonney but Alpha destroys them before Bonney can get them. One year passes like this.
  • Back in the Sorbet Kingdom, Conney finds out that Alpha isn’t a nurse but an agent working for the World Government. She comes up with a plan to ensure Bonney’s escape. The three strongest fishermen of the kingdom, Gyogyo, Totsu, and Poteto, will take Bonney to the sea to look for Kuma.
  • Bonney and Conney exchange clothes and places but Alpha catches them. When she says that she’s allowed to beat and restrain Bonney, the little girl remembers Kuma’s description of Sun God Nika.
  • Bonney then uses Distorted Future to imagine herself as the Nika and defeats Alpha. The chapter ends here.
