The brief spoilers of One Piece Chapter 1102 are provided by Pewpiece on X. According to the spoilers, the title of the chapter is “Kuma’s Life.” It is the last chapter of the flashback of Kuma’s backstory.
- As the title suggests, the entire chapter is focused on Kuma’s life since he became a Shichibukai and the subject of the World Government’s experiments.
- Many crucial events of the story, including his encounter with the Straw Hat Pirates on Thriller Bark, the altercation on Sabaody Archipelago, and the Paramount War, are shown from Kuma’s point of view.
- On Sabaody, when he encountered the Straw Hats, Kuma thought to himself that Luffy would be the one to free the world, but he had come too early, before sending the Straw Hats flying to different places. This could mean that he may have thought that Luffy and his crew needed to get stronger to oppose the World Government.
- Back on the Egghead Island, Vegapunk is shown to be hesitant to completely wipe out Kuma’s personality. Kuma reassured him that it was alright because he had already made his peace with it.
- They followed through with the process of erasing Kuma’s personality. However, Vegapunk preserved his memories inside the Paw Paw Bubble that Bonney finds in this arc.
- Before he completely lost himself, Kuma asked Vegapunk to deliver his last message to Bonney. He told the scientist to wish Bonney a “Happy 10th birthday” from Kuma.
