Sasuke Uchiha is the creation of Masashi Kishimoto, the mangaka of Naruto. Sasuke first appears in Masashi’s Naruto franchise as a rival to Naruto Uzumaki and later as a key character in the Boruto franchise. Today we will be discussing his powers and Top 10 Sasuke’s Strongest Jutsu (Sasuke Power & Abilities Explained 2022).
As a member of a powerful clan of Konoha, Sasuke is an elite by birth. Being an Uchiha, he inherited the mighty Sharingan, one of the most revered Kekkei Genkai.
But that is not all; Sasuke’s strenuous training from a very young age and his ability to surpass his limits made him one of the strongest shinobi alive. From the conception of his life as a ninja, he has only surpassed his past self and acquired more sinister abilities.
Before ranking Sasuke’s powers, we must add that ranking his powers can be highly debatable. As all his powers are beyond broken, thus every move is special in its own way. So this list will be solely based on what we think are Sasuke’s most powerful moves.

Sasuke’s Sharingan Power:
Sharingan is an ability that is unique to the Uchiha family. It is considered one of the “Three Great Dōjutsu,” and its powers come from Rinne Sharingan of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki.
The Sharingan activates when its wielder experiences an intense emotion regarding a person close to them. As it has a strong connection with the affairs of the heart, it is also called the “eye that reflects the heart.” Most of the time, the Sharingan unlocks due to intense negative emotions, but there have been cases where it activated because of positive emotions.
Sharingan grants two types of abilities, one is “Eye of Insight,” and the other is “Eye of Hypnotism.” With the “Eye of Insight,” the user has access to many abilities. Thus, the wielder can see chakra and gain immense clarity of perception allowing them to mimic others.
Apart from that, be it Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Taijutsu, Sharingan users will also be able to copy any Jutsu almost perfectly the moment they see it.
With “Eye of Hypnotism,” the wielders can perform Genjutsu, with which the victims suffer from sensory illusions. With Sharingan, one can also have complete control over the body of their enemies. It can even be used to control the chakra of tailed beasts.
Other than these, there are two other abilities that Sharingan users enjoy Izanagi and Izanami. With Izanagi, one can transform reality into an illusion and an illusion into reality. Izanami, on the other hand, can trap its victim in an infinite loop by confusing their five senses.
Finally, the Sharingan can evolve into the much more powerful Mangekyō Sharingan and Rinnegan.

- Enhanced Chakra– As a natural prodigy, he possesses immense chakra reserves.
- Physical Prowess– Sasuke is also a skilled Taijutsu user who can defeat almost anyone in a hand-to-hand fight.
- Summoning Technique– Sasuke can summon Snakes and Hawks.
- Bukijutsu– He is exceptional with ninja tools like Shurikens, Kunais, wire strings, etc.
- Swordsmanship– After starting his training with Orochimaru, Sasuke wields a single-edged straight sword called the Sword of Kusanagi.
- Nature Transformation– Sasuke is an adept user of almost all five fundamental nature transformations. Amongst these, he has a special affinity for Fire and Lightning Releases.
- Mangekyō Sharingan– Sasuke unlocks the Mangekyō Sharingan after the death of his brother Itachi. This later transforms into the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan with Itachi’s eyes. With it, he can use many powers, including Amaterasu and Susanoo.
- Rinnegan – Sasuke activates Rinnegan after he receives Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki’s chakra and gets healed by Hasirama’s cells. With Rinnegan, he can use Chibaku Tensei, Deva Path, Banshō Ten’in, Preta Path, Amenotejikara, etc.

10) Blaze Release: Susanoo Kagutsuchi
Amaterasu is already a mighty move, but Blaze Release: Susanoo Kagutsuchi is a modified technique that gives Amaterasu shape. With this, the wielder gets the power to manipulate the black flames at will.
Sasuke casts Amaterasu from his left eye while controlling the flames with his right eye. He can use these flames to cover anything.
Sasuke mostly uses it with his Susanoo as a defensive tool, pairs it with Chidori to heighten its destructive power, and wraps it around his sword to enhance its power.

9) Chidori-
This deadly move was first created by Kakashi Hatake when he failed to incorporate lightning nature into the Rasengan. It is essentially a highly dense concentration of lightning chakra that is channeled through the wielder’s hands.
A variation of this move is also called Kagutsuchi Chidori. Sasuke combined Blaze Release Kagutsuchi with Chidori and first used it against Naruto at their final battle.
This was such a powerful move that when it clashed with Rasengan, it obliterated the statues of Valley of the End. Not only that but both Naruto and Sasuke also lost their hands in the process.
8) Genjutsu: Rinnegan
This is another extremely powerful move of Sasuke Uchiha that he casts with Rinnegan on his victims. It is so strong that it can take control of all the nine tailed beasts simultaneously.
Even though it is a strong power, it does not overpower the mind of its victims like normal Genjutsus. It can create an illusion of a deadly attack on its victims, making them believe in it and fall unconscious.
Sasuke used this move primarily on two occasions, once when he subdued the nine-tailed beasts and the second when he tricked Sakura.
7) Six Paths Of Yin Power
This power first belonged to Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki and Hamura, then got passed down to Sasuke. This power is represented by a black Crescent moon that normally appears on the left hand of the wielder.
When used with the Yin power by touching the target’s body, it can seal anyone. The target becomes a center of attraction, causing the earth around them to be pulled into their body and creating an effect deadlier than typical Chibaku Tensei.
Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki and Hamura Ōtsutsuki used it to seal ten tails, and Naruto and Sasuke later used it to seal Kaguya and Black Zetsu.
6) Susanoo
Susanoo is a giant avatar that is made out of the user’s chakra. It surrounds the user and fights in their place. This move has been in the Uchiha family for generations and is also considered one of the most powerful abilities for someone with Mangekyō Sharingan.
Everybody’s Susanoo looks different, with distinct color attributes unique to the user. In the manga, the color of Sasuke’s Susanoo at times has a darker shade of blue, but mostly, it is depicted as purple, just like Indra Ōtsutsuki.
Sasuke’s Susanoo even carries a blade and provides the strongest defense.
5) Chibaku Tensei
One can unlock this deadly technique through Deva Patha of Rinnegan. The notable users of this move are Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, Madara Uchiha, Nagato, and Sasuke Uchiha.
To use this, one must make a sphere in their hand and toss it to the sky. After it activates, it will attract everything in its vicinity towards it to form a large satellite.
Sasuke performs this a bit differently. Instead of a sphere in his hand, he gathers rubbles around his targets, much like Six Paths — Chibaku Tensei.
4) Kirin
Kirin is a move that is solely used by Sasuke Uchiha as he’s the creator of it. It is easily one of his most powerful moves. With this, he can directly draw lightning from thunderclouds.
This technique is not based on the user’s chakra but rather on a natural source of lightning. If there are no thunderclouds around, the user can create clouds by using powerful fire techniques or can create even more lethal storms by using Amaterasu.
This move was so destructive that it was able to obliterate Itachi Uchiha’s Susanoo completely.
3) Amaterasu
Amaterasu is a dōjutsu of Mangekyō Sharingan, and it is the highest level of fire release that one can master. This technique produces black flames that will not go out until it completely destroys its target.
Often called the “fires from hell,” it is as hot as the sun and can only be extinguished by its user. It also burns everything, even other flames, until nothing remains.
This technique also puts lots of strain on the user, making their eyes bleed. Only two people used this technique Sasuke and Itachi Uchiha.

2) Amenotejikara
In our second position is Amenotejikara, one of Sasuke’s strongest Jutsu. It is a type of space-time ninjutsu that uses the power of Rinnegan.
With the help of his left eye, Sasuke can move between spaces replacing anything that occupies a particular place with himself. He can also use it to free himself of restraints and capture his opponents.
This power can transfer his other techniques, like Chidori, to a different location, as well.
1) Indra’s Arrow
This is no doubt the strongest offensive technique of Sasuke. He uses this power by drawing chakra from all nine tailed beasts and using the full body of his Susanoo. He then creates a bow and arrow infused with lightning chakra.
This was so powerful that it was able to keep up with Naruto’s Ultra-Big Ball Rasenshuriken.
