Zom 100 Chapter 57, might be more emotional for some fans. Last time, Shizuka and Akira were saved by an unknown man, from a horde of zombies. Their other friends think that they are probably having some alone time.
Meanwhile, we see that both Shizuka and Akira are in a building filled with patients. Shizuka understands that this is a pharmacy, by the looks of it. Finally, the mysterious guy introduces himself as Joichiro Sakaki, and he is a doctor.
He says that he has been traveling all around, to save patients from other diseases. Shizuka understands that this is her time to fulfill her long-lost childhood dream, and asks if she could be of help.
Shizuka goes along with Sakaki, to check on the amount of medicines. There, we also get to see some of Shizuka’s feelings, and she thinks that maybe she wants to walk the same path as Dr. Sakaki.
Sakaki just then asks Shizuka a favor. Shizuka then returns to Akira, and asked him, if she decided to split from everyone and follow Sakaki, what would he do? Here, we see that Sakaki asked for Shizuka to come with him, as she wants the same thing.
He also said that he has an emergency operation in another prefecture, and has to leave now. Akira with a weak and pale face, says that she should follow her wishes, more than anything.
Shizuka also looks disturbed by her decision. Meanwhile, Akira thinks that this is for the best, as Shizuka is doing what she likes. But, he leaves without saying goodbye to Shizuka.
He remembers all of his fond memories with Shizuka and starts crying. He knows that he will not be able to say her goodbye with a fake smile, so he just decides to leave instead.

Zom 100 Chapter 57 Spoilers-Prediction
It seems that Shizuka has left this group for now, to try and achieve her dream of becoming a doctor. However, in the next chapter, we can expect her to return to Akira and the group.
We all know how painful for her, it is, to leave Akira and the rest, without even saying a word. On top of that, Joichiro Sakaki’s character sounds very suspicious too. He acts like he can be trusted, and took word by word of what Shizuka said.
Without even knowing much about Shizuka, he asked for her to accompany her. This sounds too much suspicious to be true. So, we can expect there will be more surprises, in the next chapter.
Even if Sakaki might be treating other patients, we might not know if he wants to take advantage of Shizuka during this apocalypse. We also know that neither Akira nor the others would just be willing to leave Shizuka like that.
When Akira makes it back to their group, we can expect all of them to go to Shizuka’s location as soon as possible. There is also the chance that Shizuka herself gets out of the pharmacy, because of all her memories with the group too.
Zom 100 Chapter 57 Release Date
Zom 100 Chapter 57 will release on August 18th. It seems that there are no breaks for this manga, as we can get to know the situation of our favorite characters soon enough.
