One Piece is a Japanese manga written by Eiichiro Oda. The manga started back in 1997 and is published weekly by Shueisha. One Piece is the highest-selling manga having copies of over 500+ million.
Today, we are going to discuss the lowest bounties in the history of One Piece. Bounty is nothing but generally a reward given by the World Government through Marines for the accomplishment of a certain task. Generally, the bounties are given to pirates, revolutionaries, criminals, or those who oppose the interest of the world government. They are generally measured in Bellies.
Nico Robin is one of the victims who got a bounty placed on her because she is a threat to the government’s interest. Many people in the One Piece world have become a victim of this system.
Buggy The Clown has done the exact opposite, which may sound hilarious. He started a guild with former warlords and placed bounties on Marines and other government officials.

20) Dellinger: 15,000,000 Berries
The member and an officer of Donquixote Pirates made his appearance during the Dressrosa arc. Dellinger is very arrogant and had a lot of confidence in his abilities as he was able to dodge Bellamy’s attack at ease and was quick to defeat him. He was about finish Bellamy but was stopped by Bartholomew.
During the chaos started in Dressrosa by Luffy and his crew, he tried to attack Luffy, but he failed as Luffy managed to evade him. During the climax of the Dressrosa arc, he defeated many colosseum fighters who allied with Luffy. He defeated Sulieman, Dagma, Blue Gilly, and Ideo along the way.
He was warned by Gladius to stay on the lower level, but he did not pay any heed. Dellinger finally met his defeat when he faced Cavendish, who transformed into Hakuba. After the defeat of Donquixote Doflamingo, he was arrested and captured by Marines.
19) Bluejam: 14,300,000 Berries
The captain of Bluejam pirates and the infamous pirates of East Blue. He was the antagonist during the post-war arc, where he appeared during the flashback of Luffy when he reminisced about his brothers Ace and Sabo during his childhood.
His main goal was to become noble, and the Goa King promised him to make one if he would burn the Gray Terminal and kill the residents living over there. Additionally, he was also paid by Sabo’s father to bring Sabo back and kill Ace and Luffy so that they would never bother Sabo again.
After capturing Luffy and Ace, instead of killing them, he manga to convince them to work for him. Later he comes to know that he was tricked by Goa King, which infuriates him. Later he meets Luffy, and Ace tries to kill them, but Curly Dadan and her mountain bandits stop them. Bluejam finally gets defeated by the combined efforts of Dadan and Ace.
18) Drophy: 14,000,000 Berries
She is one of the Baroque Works agents who goes by the code name Miss Merry Christmas. Drophy is also given the nickname “Town Collapser Drophy.” She was one of the central antagonists of the Alabasta arc. She is a Zoan-type user who ate Mogu Mogu No Mi Devil Fruit.
During that arc, she teamed up with Mr. 4 and Lasso to confront Usopp and Chopper but got defeated by the duo. Later after the defeat of the Crocodile, she was captured by the Marines. She later escaped prison alongside the former members of Baroque works and started working in Spider’s Cafe.
17) Gin: 12,000,000 Berries
During the Baratie arc, he is considered a secondary antagonist. He is a member of Don Kreig Pirates and is extremely loyal to their captain. When he made his first appearance, he told Sanji that he was the only person who showed him kindness as he gave him free food.
Later at the orders of his captain, he fought against Sanji, where he nearly defeated him. When he was ordered to extinguish him, he refused since he owed a debt to Sanji. This infuriates Krieg when he orders him to throw away the mask, which he does out of loyalty. After Krieg’s defeat at the hands of Luffy, he carries away Krieg and his remaining crewmates in a small given by Baratie.
16) Machivise: 11,100,000 Berries
The member and an officer of Donquixote Pirates made his appearance during the Dressrosa arc. He was one of the supporting antagonists during that arc. Machivase is a Paramecia-type user who ate Ton Ton No Mi Devil Fruit.
During the chaos started in Dressrosa by Luffy and his crew, he tried to attack Luffy and Law, but he failed as both managed to evade him. During the climax of the Dressrosa arc, he tries to stop the colosseum fighters who allied with Luffy.
He manages to tackle Boo of the Chinjao Family. He confronted Hajrudin, a giant warrior who managed to defeat him. After the defeat of Donquixote Doflamingo, he was arrested and captured by Marines.
15) Wellington: 10,000,000 Berries
He made his appearance in the flashback of Trafalgar D. Water Law. He was an active pirate from North Blue fourteen to sixteen years ago before the main storyline. He fought against Law and Baby 5 and gave them a tough fight. During the fight, he overpowered them both with ease until the arrival of Donquixote executives, who took care of him.
14) Gem: 10,000,000 Berries
He is one of the Baroque Works agents who goes by the code name Mr.5. He was one of the central antagonists of the Whiskey Peak arc and Little Garden Arc. Gem is a Paramecia-type user who ate Bomu Bomu No Mi Devil Fruit.
Before meeting straw hats, it was said that he never failed a mission. He was teamed up with Miss Valentine, where he was ordered by Crocodile to find out the spy who infiltrated their ranks. He and Miss Valentine were knocked unconscious by Luffy and Zoro when they interfered in their fight. Later, he started working in Spider’s Cafe along with former members of Baroque Works.
13) Kurobi: 9,000,000 Berries
He is a member of Arlong Pirates and made his first appearance during the Arlong Park arc. Kurobi belongs to Fishman Race; just like his captain, he hates the human race. During his arrival at Cocoyashi Village, on the orders of Arlong, he caused havoc on that island. During his fight against Genzo, he manages to give him his scars.
When Straw hats arrive at Nami ‘s hometown to get her back, they confront the Arlong crew; during that fight, Kurobi takes on Sanji, and the latter emerges victorious after a tough fight. After he got arrested by Marines along with Arlong and his crew.
12) Jango: 9,000,000 Berries (Marine)
A former pirate who Captained Black Cat Pirates and was the first mate of Captain Kuro. He is a hypnotist who made his appearance during the Syrup Village arc. He plotted with Captain Kuro to kill Kaya so that he could get her wealth. But his plan was thwarted by Luffy and his friends.
Jango was defeated by Zoro and Usopp during the climax of the arc while he was trying to kill Kaya. After the defeat of the Black Cat Pirates, he was the only one left in the Syrup village, where he was chased off by Usopp pirates. Later, he accidentally met a marine named Fullbody. He later joined the marines and started to serve under Captain Hina, who was later promoted to Rear Admiral after the time skipped.
11) Higuma: 8,000,000 Berries (Deceased)
The leader of the mountain bandits was the first antagonist in the manga. He first showed up in Partys bar, a bar run by Makino, where he met Shanks while boasting about his bounty.
Higuma insults Shanks again during his absence, but when Luffy stands up against Higuma for insulting Shanks and his crew. He gets irritated by Luffy and tries to kill him. Shanks and his crew stop him. During the fight with Red Haired Pirates, he tries to drown Luffy in Sea where he gets devoured by Sea King.
10) Hatchan: 8,000,000 Berries
He was a member of Arlong Pirates and made his first appearance during the Arlong Park arc. Hatchan belongs to Fishman Race; unlike his captain, he doesn’t hate the human race. He was the only one among Arlong pirates who did not get corrupted by Arlong ‘s ideals. As he was the only one who wanted the fishermen to get accepted into human society.
During the Arlong Park arc, he fights against Zoro, but he gets defeated by him. Later he appears during the Sabody Archipelago arc, where he was the only member of the Arlong Pirates who broke free and started a Takoyaki restaurant. He protected the Thousand Sunny ship of Straw Hats pirates for two years when the crew was scattered after getting defeated by Bartholomew Kuma.
9) Curly Dadan: 7,800,000 BerriesÂ
The Boss of Mountain bandits is a friend of Monkey D. Garp. She took care of Luffy, Ace, and Sabo during their childhood. Curly Dadan and her mountain bandits stop the Bluejam pirates from killing Luffy and Ace. Bluejam finally gets defeated by the combined efforts of Dadan and Ace. During the post-war arc, she beat Garp when he came to visit her as she blamed him for the death of Portgas D. Ace.
8) Mikita: 7,500,000 BerriesÂ
She is one of the Baroque Works agents who goes by the code name Miss Valentine. She was one of the central antagonists of the Whiskey Peak arc and Little Garden Arc. Mikita is a Paramecia-type user who ate Kiro Kiro No Mi Devil Fruit.

7) Nyaban Brothers (Sham and Buchi): 7,000,000 Berries
They are the ship guards of the Black Cats pirates. Nyaban brothers took on Zoro during the Syrup Village arc, where the latter managed to defeat both of them. Both of the brothers gave Zoro a really hard time as it was a hard-earned victory.
6) Chew: 5,500,000 Berries
He is a member of Arlong Pirates and made his first appearance during the Arlong Park arc. Chew belongs to Fishman Race; just like his captain, he hates the human race.
During the Arlong Park Arc, when Straw hats arrive at Nami ‘s hometown to get her back. They confront the Arlong crew. During that fight, Chew took on Usopp, but he was tricked by him and got defeated. After he got arrested by Marines along with Arlong and his crew.
5) Alvida: 5,000,000 Berries
The former captain of Alvida Pirates, who later allied with Buggy, was the first antagonist introduced in the anime. In the beginning, she was a fat and cruel lady who would always pick on Coby. After eating the Sube Sube No Mi devil fruit, her personality, as well as her appearance, drastically changed.
4) Porchemy: 3,400,000 Berries (Deceased)
He was a member of Bluejam Pirates. He made his appearance during the post-war arc during the flashback of Luffy when he reminisces about his brothers Ace and Sabo during his childhood.
When Ace and Sabo steal his treasure, he captures Luffy and tortures him to know the location of the treasure, but he fails. When he is about to annihilate Luffy using his sword, he is stopped by Ace and Sabo, who defeat him. After his defeat, angered by his failure, he is killed by his captain.
3) Babe: 3,200,000 Berries
He is one of the Baroque Works agents who goes by the code name Mr. 4. Babe was one of the central antagonists of the Alabasta arc and was partnered with Miss Merry Christmas. He is the owner of Lasso as well.
During that arc, he teamed up with Miss Merry Christmas and Lasso, where he confronted Usopp and Chopper but got defeated by the duo. Later after the defeat of the Crocodile, he was captured by the Marines. He later escaped prison alongside the former members of Baroque works and started working in Spider’s Cafe, where he became a pizza delivery boy.
2) Bepo: 500 Berries
He is the navigator of the Heart pirates and is from the mink tribe. Bepo has a bounty of 500 berries as he is mistaken as a pet by World Government. He made his first appearance during the Sabody Archipelago arc.

1) Tony Tony Chopper: 1000 Berries
In the entire history of One Piece, Chopper has the lowest bounty. Just like the case of Bepo, he is mistaken for a pet of Straw hats. He got his first bounty during the CP9 arc, where he defeats Kumadori by using his Monster Point. He gets a bounty of 50 berries because of his size and appearance. Later during the Dressrosa arc, his bounty gets increased by another 50 berries, making it to 100 berries. In post Wano arc, his bounty has increased to 1000 berries, making him the One Piece character with the lowest bounty.
