- However, time jumps to both of their downfall, and we see that Mick is addicted to alcohol.
- Due to their poor performances, Mick and Snuffy have been taken down from their regular positions.
- Mick says they should get serious now, but Snuffy understands this is impossible in this team.
- Both of them now need to join a low-ranking team and should prove their worth from the start again.
- However, Mick is interested in something other than low-level clubs and only wants to play in famous and big clubs.
- Snuffy tries to convince and shows him the reality of this ever-changing soccer world.
- Mick then reminds Snuffy of their dream, but Snuffy says they will tackle this later.
- Mick adds that it’s better to die if you cannot get the same goal.
- The scene changes to Mick’s death, and we see Snuffy hugging his lifeless body.
- During the match, Lorenzo, Aiku, Aryu, and Niko praise Barou for doing something out of the box.
- Snuffy praises Barou, but the latter rejects Snuffy’s praises and asks him to withdraw his retirement.
- Snuffy agrees, and Barou wants to settle this score once and for all with this last goal.
- This chapter focuses on Snuffy, his goals, and why he is a striker who values team coordination more.
- This match also might conclude in the next couple of chapters, and it can be anyone’s game.

The title of chapter 230 is also revealed to be Buddy; this might be referring to the Hiori and Isagi partnership or any other new partnership. The star change system might also end anytime after the next chapter.
