The waiting of thousands of fans finally came to an end in the last when Bakugo is shown to be not only alive but joining the fight. As All Might stands in the face of death, his most devoted students, Deku and Bakugo, are determined to save him at all costs. With this exciting plot point in sight, let’s talk about the newly surfaced My Hero Academia Chapter 404 spoilers and raw scans.

Deku and Bakugo

As the spoilers report, the title of My Hero Academia Chapter 404 is “We Love You! All Might!!” This title is a sentiment of not only Deku and Bakugo but the whole world who have admired All Might for years throughout his career.

  • The chapter starts with Sir Nighteye’s prediction about All Might’s death, followed by All For One about to do just that. As the whole world watches the scene on TV, Bakugo looks on from the U.A. fortress.
  • Bakugo flies towards Deku and the two catch each other’s hands, beginning to spin. He warns Deku that using Gearshift once again will be very dangerous for him. Deku, however, disregards his own well-being and uses Gearshift to throw Bakugo toward where All For One is grabbing All Might.
  • Shigaraki is certain Bakugo won’t reach them in time and All Might is about to die. He tells Deku he knows that All Might’s last vestige inside One For All has vanished and is replaced by a new vestige that resembles his human form more.
  • In the face of the death of the former Symbol of Peace, the whole world prays for All Might. Sir Nighteye’s comment on how “wishing energy” has the potential to change the future and the butterfly effect is reminded once again.
  • As Bakugo flies towards All Might, he remembers the guilt he felt for ending All Might, but he won’t fail again.
  • Bakugo blasts off All For One’s arm and rescues All Might. As the former Hero says his name, Bakugo vows that they’ll win this.
