Record of Ragnarok Chapter 87 will kickstart the Round 10 fight between Susano and Okita. Heimdall starts the announcement of Round 10 with a grand new arena modelled based on Kyoto at the end of the Edo period.
Just like every other round, Heimdall starts with the grand introduction of Susano while giving us more information about his past. Weirdly enough, Susano had requested the arena instead of the other way around.
He is hyped after seeing the Bakumatsu era, and now Okita makes his entry with Heimdall’s announcement. Okita also gets an equal amount of hype introduction, just like Susano, as he is the strongest manslayer in history.
Okita says that he misses this town and that even the blood smells the same in this arena. Now, it is a battle of the strongest manslayer in humanity’s history vs the strongest godslayer of the heavens.
Okita takes a fierce stance, but Susano asks if his opponent is Okita and if the store beside him is Ikedaya. Susano starts talking about the Ikedaya incident, and Okita is surprised that he knows a lot about the Bakumatsu period.
Susano answers that the Bakumatsu period was like his only dreamland. He continues to say that in this period, mankind mastered the art of manslaying. He further adds that he had long been waiting for the strongest manslayer, Okita Souji, to fight him.
Okita is surprised to hear this from Susano, and we see other Shinsengumi members in the audience. We see Nagakura, Shinpachi and Hajime arguing, but Isami tries to silence them.
We also get a full appearance of all Shinsengumi members, and we also see an introduction of all of them. Okita is fully fired up as he has a healthy body and a strong opponent, and he can now fight to the death with all of his heart.

Record of Ragnarok Chapter 87 Spoilers & Predictions
After all of the hype, introductions, and reveals for both contestants, the fight keeps getting interesting. Moreover, the fight would only start with both contestants in the next chapter.
But, we probably know the result of this fight, as humanity will lose Ragnarok if they get 2 more losses. Okita has a high chance of winning in this round, as the Gods have won the last two rounds.
Regardless of the outcome, we expect an interesting sword fight between both contestants. Fans eagerly await what kind of swordsmanship Okita has to be called the strongest manslayer.
Susano’s sword has also yet to be revealed, and we can expect to learn about his power and abilities in the next chapter. We will have to wait for the spoiler summary and raw scans for more information regarding the next chapter. Â
Record of Ragnarok Chapter 87 Release Date
Record of Ragnarok Chapter 87 will be released around February 27th or 28th. However, this is the release date of the unofficial translations, and the official translations will take till March 12th to release the new chapter.
The raw scans and spoilers for Chapter 87 will be released around February 24th. Also, remember that the official release for Chapter 86 will be around February 13th or 14th.
